The e-books below provide a lot of up to date information on real estate investments and opportunities. I suggest that you go thru the list and look at the intro page of each book. You will find a very detailed outline of what is in the book and the type of opportunity that it addresses. Most of these books were written by the people that have actually did what they tell you to do in the book. If you are a person of action then these books were written for you. On the other hand you may be the type of person that has to read everything before doing anything. Find just one of these e-books, read it, then take action and try to do what is presented.

Now put in an offer to buy a house as presented. The worst thing that could happen is your offer is rejected. I'm just trying to get you to take some kind of action. Most people can never make themselves to take the first step. The more offers you put in and get rejected the closer you are to getting a deal on a property. You should be learning off of every offer that you do. Before long you will wind up getting a terrific deal just because you didn't quiet.

If twenty people buy this book, eighteen will read this book one time, four will read it twice. Two will take action and put in an offer and have the offer rejected.  Then just one of you will re-read parts of the book and put in another offer on another piece of property. You will be in the top 5% that don't quit but actually become's successful. Don't worry if you go thru ten to twenty offers. Eventually you will be successful and get a fantastic deal on a piece of property. It's a numbers game that pays off big. You just have to stay in the game long enough to win.
