I am not an Real Estate Attorney, therefore I do not give legal advise. I have tried to give you places to go to in the links and graphics above. Some have legal forms listed by state or just a generic form that you may have to modify. In my years of renting out property I have used different lease agreements. Every lease agreement that I have used needed to be modified to some degree. My latest lease agreement has a clause in it that says the tenant waives their rights to the 5 day notice for evictions. I had to add this clause to the lease myself. I live in Louisiana town that allows this. In fact the Justice of Pease advised me of this when I was doing an evection. Louisiana laws are different then most states in this area. It is best to check with your local Justice of Pease, real estate attorney or court if you are unclear about anything on any of your contracts. They give you all the different contracts, letters, checklist, and forms that you will need to pursue your real estate investment career. Thanks for stopping by my site.
